At Nothing New, we are committed to sustainability and your total satisfaction. If your eco-friendly sneakers aren't a perfect fit, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place your unworn sneakers back in their original recycled packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
